What Can Be Expunged in Maryland?
Under Maryland Criminal Procedure Article ยง10-101 et seq., and as expanded by the Second Chance Act of 2023, the following may be eligible for expungement in Prince George's County:

The 2023 Second Chance Act

The Expungement Process in Prince George's County
